The Village Lighting Project gets a kickstart
How would sustainable, safe, and adequate lighting transform lives in a village that has never had it?
We are on the quest to document the transformation to a better life that light will bring, in a film that will help this prototype lighting project receive the support it needs to be replicated in so many other villages that would benefit.

Where we need your help:
We will be flying into Kathmandu in early March, followed by a journey into the Himalayas. We will be spending 3 weeks in the village of Namarkhu, documenting the villagers using kerosene wick lamps and transitioning to LED lanterns
The funds collected via Kickstarter will be used in support for this documentary film. They will help offset ‘on the ground’ and travel expenses during our trip and continuing support in post production.
